Industry Alliance Manager - 93537 Description

Industry / Partner Management

Understand the industry partner eco-system, and build relationships with identified Partners within each industry segment; work with the Partner on their Partner program; maintain and achieve desired Partner Status Plan and drive monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Partner stakeholders

Sales Focus

• Review all relevant deals on a weekly basis and collaborate with Virtusa/Partner teams to drive growth for Virtusa • Collaborate with BU’s, CP’s and Sales teams to enable Partner deal sourcing • Map Partner and Virtusa orgs and build multi-level relationships with Partner teams and drive Account level connects between respective stakeholders • Plan and drive joint Sales/GTM engagements working with Partner and Virtusa teams

Business Plan and Execution

• Develop Joint Offerings and GTM plans along with Offering & Consulting teams • Marketing Plans (along with Alliance Marketing team) & Partner Marketing teams; leverage Partner events and meetings as applicable • BU and Account specific plans as applicable (working with BU Alliance Managers, Segments and Account leaders and Consulting) • Work with Service Lines / Consulting / Offerings teams to enable Certifications, sales enablement, competency building etc. • Maximize Partner funds where relevant • Participate in and drive internal/Partner calls as needed, including biweekly calls with key Virtusa teams • Provide weekly/monthly reporting with focus on deal and metrics progress

Operational

• Manage Partner portals to reflect deals and deployments to increase Virtusa influence in Partner ecosystem • Work with Virtusa opportunity owners to get the deals tagged in Virtusa Sales Mgmt system and receive appropriate credit • Progress deals through the pipeline process in the Partner Portal Primary Location Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Type Experienced Years of Experience 8 Qualification
