Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee billing processes for clients/customers.
2. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
3. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
4. Develop and implement billing procedures and policies.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Accounts receivable and payable management.
2. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
4. Provide financial insights for business decision-making.
Experience:
- 2-4 years in accounts and finance, with a focus on billing.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally ERP, Prime & MS Excel)
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
