Accounts and Admin Executive

We are seeking a versatile and proactive professional to join our team as an Executive to Directors & Admin cum Accounts specialist. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and be responsible for supporting the directors (40%), managing administrative tasks (20%), and handling accounts (40%), with proven expertise in Zoho software.
Key Responsibilities Executive to Directors Serve as the primary point of contact between the directors and internal/external clients.
Coordinate and manage directors' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for directors' review.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ensure seamless communication and workflow between directors and various departments.
Administration Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth administrative processes.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document management processes.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Accounts Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Utilize Zoho for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CRM-related activities.
Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Zoho (accounting and CRM modules is essential).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving.
Preferred Location Candidates located near Injambakkam or nearby areas will be given preference.
