Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at E9 Creative, a leading design services company in Bengaluru. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in client management. If you are passionate about design and have excellent communication and organizational skills, we would love to hear from you


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the design or creative industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
