Requirement

  • Proven track record in B2B IT sales
  • Experience in selling training and assessment solutions to the L&D and HR-Talent Acquisition teams of large corporates
  • Exposure to the EdTech industry and knowledge of its market dynamics and understanding of SAAS Business Models.
  • Demonstrating a software solution over the web meeting is a breeze for you.
  • Master's degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study.
  • Ability to analyze the customer needs and map them to software solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), sales automation, and lead generation tools preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally


The Role:
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
  • Possess exceptional listening skills and employ effective follow-up questioning techniques.
  • Craft compelling narratives that provide valuable and distinctive insights.
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record of closing deals.
  • Develop and oversee the sales pipeline, assess prospects, and efficiently move multiple transactions through the pipeline simultaneously.
  • Fulfill operational duties such as generating accurate pipeline reports and conducting quarterly sales forecasts seamlessly.
  • Maintain effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
  • Present iamneo's Solution to relevant buyers in the designated geographical market.
  • Exhibit excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Identify Key Decision Makers through research and prospecting tools.
  • Conduct client-needs analysis and strategize outreach based on identified pain points.
  • Possess an understanding of business operations and effectively engage in C-level conversations.
  • Utilize resources such as insight teams, customer success teams, and presales teams to enhance sales efforts.
