We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team and help drive our client engagement and business development efforts to new heights.
In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-level business objectives, mapping them with EPAM's capabilities and services, and developing complex engagement and pricing models for multi-year outcome/output-based deals.

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end proposal development with a focus on opportunity qualification, response planning, team formation and orchestration, and proposal process coordination Continuously build a network of trusted experts across EPAMs Technical and Industry Experts and Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Account Teams Support client visits by defining goals, strategy, participants, create message and orchestrate preparation Capture high-level business objectives and map those with EPAMs capabilities and services Design concepts for technical, organizational, and business solutions, formulate value propositions, and outline differentiators Identify and develop reusable solution and service offerings Develop complex engagement and pricing models for multi-year outcome/output-based deals Translate ideas into PowerPoint presentations that showcase EPAMs values, experience, and services Create and uplift materials representing EPAM experience in various industries
Requirements
7+ years' overall IT experience in various roles in software design and delivery including 3+ years in presales Experience in project management Experience writing documentation and creating presentations Broad-based knowledge of technology solutions (e.g., Digital, IoT, Data, etc.) as well as SDLC processes Familiarity with delivery models, architecture principles, and styles Previous experience in solution consulting, opportunity management, or proposal development is a plus Experience in life sciences/healthcare domain is an advantage overall familiarity with drug development, med tech, chemistry/biology, genomics, digital health, or other industry-specific domains Advanced user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
