As a Procurement Manager you will beresponsible for overseeing the procurement process managing vendorrelationships and ensuring timely and costeffective procurement ofmaterials and services. This role requires excellent negotiationand communication skills as well as a strong background inEngineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) andHVAC Engineering.Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degreein Engineering or a related field 4 to 6 years ofexperience in procurement preferably in the Engineering Procurementand Construction (EPC) industry or HVAC Engineering Indepth knowledgeof procurement processes and best practices Strong negotiationand communication skills Ability to buildand maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors Excellentproblemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Proficient in MSOffice suite and ERP software Attention todetail and strong organizationalskills Ability towork well in a fastpaced environment Knowledge ofrelevant industry regulations and standardsRoles andResponsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies alignedwith company goals and objectives Identify potentialsuppliers and vendors evaluate their capabilities and negotiatecontracts and agreements Ensure timelyprocurement of materials and services to meet project requirements Manage vendorrelationships and conduct regular performance evaluations Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure procurement needs are met Monitor andanalyze market trends and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for cost savings Maintain accuraterecords of procurement activities including pricing delivery datesand quality Manageinventory levels and establish effective inventory controlprocesses Ensurecompliance with company and industry regulations and standards Develop and trainprocurement staff to enhance their skills andperformanceAboutcompanyGive a brief summary of what yourcompanydoes
