Thisrole requires a commitment of 2530 hours per month compensatedthrough an equity stake in thecompany.
KeyResponsibilities
  • StrategicPlanning: Assist in developing and refining ourbusiness strategy androadmap.
  • Mentorship:Provide mentorship and coaching to the leadership team and keyemployees.
  • Networking andConnections: Leverage your network to introduce us topotential clients partners andinvestors.
  • Fundraising andFinancial Planning: Guide us through funding optionspitch deck preparation and investorrelations.
  • Market Research andInsights: Offer deep insights into market trendscustomer behavior and competitiveanalysis.
  • Product Development andInnovation: Provide feedback on product designdevelopment and featureenhancements.
  • OperationalEfficiency: Advise on process optimization resourcemanagement and scalingoperations.
  • Sales and MarketingStrategies: Help develop and refine gotomarketstrategies branding and customer acquisitiontactics.
  • Legal andCompliance: Guide us through regulatory requirementscontract reviews and intellectual propertyprotection.
  • Human Resources andTeam Building: Assist in developing company culturehiring strategies and HRpolicies.
  • Crisis Management andProblem Solving: Offer solutions to criticalchallenges and assist in riskmanagement.
  • GlobalExpansion: Provide insights and strategies forentering new markets and navigating internationalregulations.
  • Technology and DigitalTransformation: Advise on technology adoptioncybersecurity and digital tools to enhanceefficiency.

  • Provenexperience in a senior leadership or advisory role within the yourindustry industry.
  • Strong network andconnections relevant to our business.
  • Expertisein one or more of the key areas outlinedabove.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to commit 2530hours per month.
