KeyResponsibilities:
Support HumanResources by managing special projects and assisting with generaladministration encompassing benefits payroll training anddevelopment legal compliance and other HR issues.
Provide timely assistance to team members regarding benefit andHRrelated questions and issues.
Conduct interviews andoversee the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smoothtransition into the organization.
Prepare offer packetsbenefit packets and other pertinent employee documentation withaccuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate employeebenefit eligibility enrollments terminations and payments ensuringcompliance with regulations.
Prepare employee censusinformation for insurance 401(k) and handle documentation such asI9 I94 W2 and W4 Forms.
Coordinate new hire paperworkand conduct orientation meetings to facilitate integration into thecompany culture.
Assist in developing and updatingtraining manuals HR manual and employee handbook to ensureconsistency and compliance.
Update job descriptions asneeded to reflect current roles and responsibilities within theorganization.
Conduct background screenings for allprospective employees to maintain a safe and productive workenvironment.
Maintain Master Service Agreements (MSAs)and Purchase Orders (POs) for all employees ensuring accuracy andcompliance.
Process US payroll in Paychex on amonthly/biweekly basis verify expense reports and prepare Paychexfor employee payments.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degreein Human Resources Business Administration or related fieldpreferred.
2 years experience in HR administrationpayroll processing or similar roles.
Proficiency inPaychex QuickBooks and GreytHR software.
Strongunderstanding of HR processes compliance regulations and taxation(GST TDS).
Excellent organizational and time managementskills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficientlyunder pressure.
Strong attention to detail andaccuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handlesensitive information.
Experience in preparing SOPs andconducting monthclose activities is preferred.
