Roles&Responsibilities:
  • Weare looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee therelationship s of the company with its most important clients. Youwill be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term keycustomers by comprehending theirrequirements.
  • The ideal candidate will be beapt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. Youwill be able to identify needs and requirements to promote ourcompany s solutions and achieve mutualsatisfaction.
  • The goal is to contribute insustaining and growing our business to achieve longtermsuccess.
Responsibilities
  • Developtrust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensurethey do not turn to competition
  • Acquire athorough understanding of key customer needs andrequirement
  • Expand the relationships withexisting customers by continuously proposing solutions that meettheir objectives
  • Ensure the correct productsand services are delivered to customers in a timelymanner
  • Serve as the link of communicationbetween key customers and internal teams
  • Playan integral part in generating new sales that will turn intolonglasting relationships
  • Prepare regularreports of progress and forecasts to internal and externalstakeholders using key accountmetrics
Requirements:
  • Provenexperience as key account manager
  • Experience insales and providing solutions based on customerneeds
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills with aptitude in building relationships with professionalsof all organizational levels
  • Excellentorganizational skills
  • Ability in problemsolvingand negotiation
  • UG/PG in businessadministration sales or relevantfield
