We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Insights Delivery Specialist GSC’s

Principal responsibilities

Plans, executes and facilitates WSI planning activities across multiples teams QBR and PI Manages fora and governance required to deliver the book of work, aligned to HSBC standards and best practice Designs and continuously improves the processes, tooling and data to support delivery of the Agile book of work and BAU activity, including communication and adoption across the WSI teams Ensures compliance with required programme and change governance structures Contributes to the continuous learning and improvement of the Delivery team and WSI Acts as a scrum master to support the WSI capability teams in delivering the Agile Book of Work Demonstrates and executes best practice delivery methods and tools, based on industry and HSBC context Requirements

Requirements

Scaled Agile delivery expertise JIRA Ability to deliver to tight timescales and with high quality Proactive ideas about continuous improvement Working with senior stakeholders and build rapport across all levels of the organization

What additional skills will be good to have:

Certified Scrum Master or willing to be certified
