Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Sales Projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent relationships with PMCs (Project Management Consultants), architects, and consultants, and possess the technical expertise to engage in detailed technical discussions.
  • This role involve establishing regional offices and driving marketing strategies to support business growth in the comfort segment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the comfort segment, focusing on MEP sales projects.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to enhance the company's presence and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PMCs, architects, and consultants to facilitate business growth.
  • Conduct technical discussions and presentations to consultants, ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements and solutions.
  • Oversee the marketing and sales process for MEP projects, from lead generation to project completion.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Identify strategic locations for regional offices and oversee their establishment.
  • Manage and support regional offices to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Pan India experience in MEP sales projects, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with PMCs, architects, and consultants.
  • Strong technical expertise in MEP systems and the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
