Job Description:

Digitactix is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Performance Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of proven experience in executing and planning digital marketing campaigns to meet clients' goals. Head of Performance Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital strategies, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.

Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to PPC, Social Media Ads, and Email Marketing.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize and refine campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.


Analytics and Reporting:

Implement tracking and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.

Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.

Make data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements and optimizations.


Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Provide regular updates on campaign performance, addressing client queries and concerns.

Collaborate with clients to align strategies with evolving business objectives.


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.

Share insights and collaborate on strategies to enhance overall campaign performance.


Qualifications:

Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including PPC, Social Media Ads, and Email Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Website Analytics, Heat Maps, and Mixpanel, and Data Studio for tracking and reporting.
  • ⁠Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google, FB/other SM Analytics, Website Analytics using GA, Heat Maps, and 3rd party tools such as Mixpanel, etc)
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with performance marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, and CMS platforms.


Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
