The Head of Systems oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.

Primary Functions

·       Build and maintain system architecture

·       Design, development and deployment of the overall systems. 

·       Define system solutions based on need analysis, cost and required integration with existing applications, systems or platforms.

·       Understand and deliver business automation requirements through the system to support business in revenue, cost, process, experience or efficiency improvements 

·       Make the system a hassle/trouble free system with minimum bugs/stops/downtime
