Job Responsibilities:
Management of a team of field managers, in charge of sampling for a dedicated team
Directly manages a team of field managers (hire, train, retain) Monitors key performance metrics for sampling including client satisfaction, productivity and efficiency data for assigned team and projects Maintain a high level of expertise within team in coordination with the trainer and control team Ensure smooth communication and team spirit of his/ her, and good integration with the Project Managers group supported Promote positive team spirit and engagementResponsible for the sampling function and methodology implementation on designated team’s projects
Project planning and assignment Execute on rules on channels utilization and optimization, aimed at Ideal channel mix managementExternal COGS control Ensure adequate turn-around time of fieldwork Accountable for the clients’ satisfaction on the fieldwork metrics – TAT and quality of sample. On request – contributes in designing, reviewing and optimizing processes and standard operating procedures linked to the sampling and fieldwork management of a projectMonitors daily the supply dashboard for assigned team
Accountable for team COGS (supply) Raise alerts Risk management (propose mitigation strategy)Subject matter expert and first escalation point on
Feasibility Field management and strategy – trouble shooting on projects Technology – strong knowledge of our internal sampling tool need to be builtKey player in ensuring a smooth coordination with the Client Service department:
Work closely with country/ vertical CS head to discuss and understand client’s preferences and requirements Ensure adequate support in provided based on clients’ needs-
