Job Responsibilities:
Management of a team of field managers, in charge of sampling for a dedicated teamDirectly manages a team of field managers (hire, train, retain)Monitors key performance metrics for sampling including client satisfaction, productivity and efficiency data for assigned team and projectsMaintain a high level of expertise within team in coordination with the trainer and control teamEnsure smooth communication and team spirit of his/ her, and good integration with the Project Managers group supportedPromote positive team spirit and engagementResponsible for the sampling function and methodology implementation on designated team’s projectsProject planning and assignmentExecute on rules on channels utilization and optimization, aimed at Ideal channel mix managementExternal COGS controlEnsure adequate turn-around time of fieldworkAccountable for the clients’ satisfaction on the fieldwork metrics – TAT and quality of sample.On request – contributes in designing, reviewing and optimizing processes and standard operating procedures linked to the sampling and fieldwork management of a projectMonitors daily the supply dashboard for assigned teamAccountable for team COGS (supply)Raise alertsRisk management (propose mitigation strategy)Subject matter expert and first escalation point onFeasibilityField management and strategy – trouble shooting on projectsTechnology – strong knowledge of our internal sampling tool need to be builtKey player in ensuring a smooth coordination with the Client Service department:Work closely with country/ vertical CS head to discuss and understand client’s preferences and requirementsEnsure adequate support in provided based on clients’ needs
