Hitachi Astemo FIE pvt Ltd is unlisted private company which produces high precision carburetors & air suction valves to cater to the Indian two wheeler & three wheeler automobiles. The Product and services include PB TYPE, EMS, CV TYPE, AIR SUCTION VALVE.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Section Head to take care of entire shift related activities.
Planning, Monitoring, Controlling & Evaluating overall Machine Maintenace activity.
Planning, Implementing of IATF 16949 system in the department.
Preparing & Analysing Maintenance monthly reporting and taking measures for Management requirements.
Action plans preparation, Various reports required for management reporting for respective sections.
Planning & preparing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
Providing Technical support & Training to Shift members & other departments.
Carry out new modifications, developments, PIA activities, energy saving activities as per requirement.
Shift Scheduling and Manpower arrangement.
Attending breakdown and taking countermeasure on repeated breakdown.
Carry out CO2, Reduction, Energy Saving, Safety training in house as well as outside of the company (Vendors, Contractors, Society etc).
Carry out the 5’s Activities in designated section/area.
Ensure the departmental KPI achieve at all the time.
Maintain the machine data’s like History card, Check list, Electrical and Mechanical manuals etc..
Periodically carry out audit in Machine related to safety interlock effectiveness.
To maintain the documents as per IATF requirement.
To control the inventory of the spares.
To maintain the critical spare to avoid line stoppages.
Execute the preventive and predictive maintenance as per plan.
Carry out necessary modification in machine as per the user department request.
To evaluate suggestion of production & execute the same.
Key Skills & Personal Attributes:
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or B.E in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Sound knowledge in using Mitsubishi FX, Q series PLC for trouble shooting and programming.
Sound knowledge in IAI robots.
Sound knowledge in control wirings.
Sound knowledge In relay & contactor logics.
Sound knowledge in using Mitsubishi servo drives and servo motors.
Should have experience to work with GOT 2000
Should have good experience in Power circuit, Control circuit and panel designing.
Should have good experience in PLC programming
Should have good knowledge in Transformer, Compressor.
Should have good knowledge in utility equipment’s like D.G, Transformers, and Compressors.
Very good Communication and Presentation Skills (Verbal and written both)
Relevant experience in automobile industry in Maintenance department.
Should have sound knowledge in ISO14001 & IATF documentation.
Should have basic knowledge in TPM & 5’s.
Soft spoken and skills related to the individual capacity to execute job tasks / responsibilities.
Well organized and result oriented.
Creative, self-starter and Punctual.
Good team member having analytical thinking.
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical /Electronic or B.E in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Experience: B.E with 8~ 10 years or Diploma with 13-14 Years
Preferred Industrial Experience: Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Auto Components
