Job Overview

The Inside Sales position at NoBroker.com is a full-time opportunity for freshers based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with potential customers to promote NoBrokers services, requiring excellent communication and telemarketing skills. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of experience and be comfortable speaking Hindi. This position is designed for individuals seeking to gain experience in a dynamic and rapidly growing company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with potential customers and convey information clearly. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in telemarketing, with the ability to initiate unsolicited calls to potential clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Fluent in Hindi to cater to a diverse customer base across regions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in various sales techniques to convert leads into tangible business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for the company and the customer.
  • Experience in telesales with the ability to handle high volumes of sales calls.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the sales process.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while being a proactive team player.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about NoBrokers services and offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services or solutions offered by NoBroker.com.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the company database accurately.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent, effective strategies align with market demands.
  • Continuously develop sales knowledge by participating in training and workshops.
  • Offer feedback to the management team regarding customer insights and improvement opportunities.
