We are looking for a highly motivated AP/T&E Analyst to learn and grow within a fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, able to work independently and is a team player with a solid working knowledge of AP/T&E operations. This individual will be the subject matter expert on our AP/T&E and related systems and policies. This role will be successful by being meticulous, personable, and able to both take direction and take initiative; additionally, this individual can effectively communicate in written and oral format.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Own AP inbox and review, analyze, and respond to internal and external inquiries Reconcile supplier statements of account Support the supplier on-boarding program Investigate and resolve invoice and payment related discrepancies Process high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy Provide monthly reporting and analysis on key accounts payable metrics Respond to T&E inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Assist with the on-boarding and maintenance of corporate cards Provide guidance and instruction to employees regarding T&E expense matters Conduct audit of expense reports to ensure compliance to T&E policy Provide monthly reporting and analysis on key AP/T&E metrics Flexibility to support the growing needs of the overall AP and T&E Department Perform ad hoc projects, as needed

Required Skills / Desired Experience:

1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or relevant experience High school diploma required, college courses in accounting desirable Ability to retain and understand intent of company policies Excellent written and oral communication Possess strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work closely with various teams throughout the company Capable of taking initiative to drive process change and improvements Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines Motivated to work cross-functionally in a customer service-oriented capacity Knowledge of cloud related ERP systems (Workday Expenses, Coupa and Netsuite) from end user and administrative perspective desired
