We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Payments, particularly within the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payment systems, regulations, and market trends specific to APAC countries. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of payment solutions across the region.

Payment Systems Analysis:

  • Analyze and understand payment systems, processes, and regulations across APAC countries.
  • Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting payment solutions.

Business Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payment systems and solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Solution Design and Implementation Support:

  • Support the design and development of payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement and integrate payment solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Perform data analysis to assess payment performance, identify issues, and propose improvements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate payment insights and trends to stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and management of payment-related initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels and functions, providing updates and gathering feedback on payment initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain, with specific exposure to the APAC region.

Deep knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and market dynamics in APAC countries.

Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct data analysis and derive actionable insights.
