Introduction 

As a Marketing Manager - Haryana you will be responsible for drafting weekly and monthly marketing campaigns with clear defined objectives with respect to budgeting and audiences . The role will require strong understanding of 360 degree media channels and proven experience in preferably a media company 


What will you be doing
 
1. Content Marketing 
  • Develop and manage the overall content marketing strategy.
  • Ensure alignment with target audiences and brand positioning.
  • Execute marketing campaigns from conception to launch.

2. Team Management and Collaboration

  • Build and lead a team of launch specialists.
  • Foster collaboration with internal content, creative, and marketing teams.
  • Share insights and work closely with production and post-production teams to influence future content strategies.

  

3. Market Research and Strategy


  • Perform deep research into the Indian languages market.
  • Develop content strategies that resonate across different regional audiences.
  • Plan marketing activities in advance based on the content calendar.

5. Audience Engagement and Growth

  •    Develop strategies to increase the following and engagement on social media.

   

6. Partnerships and Marketing Materials

  •   Collaborate with external agencies and influencers to extend marketing reach.
  •   Produce various marketing materials like case studies, decks, and promotional pieces for digital dissemination.

7. Communication and Updates

  •     Maintain regular communication with internal teams, clients, and influential users.
  •     Keep stakeholders informed of weekly progress and major updates.
