We areseeking an Email Marketing / Sequencing Specialist to developexecute and optimize email marketing campaigns and sequences aimedat driving customer engagement lead generation and conversions. Theideal candidate will have deep expertise in crafting personalizedemail sequences A/B testing automating workflows and utilizingHubSpot CRM and email marketing tools to nurture leads through thesales funnel. Whatyou will do:
Create personalized email sequences aimed at nurturing leads anddriving engagement for MultipleICPs
Align email campaigns withoverall marketing strategies to target specificaudiences.
Design and automateemail workflows to guide leads through the sales funnelefficiently.
Leverage HubSpot CRMto automate customer segmentation and leadnurturing.
Conduct A/B tests tooptimize email subject lines content anddesigns.
Analyze campaignperformance and adjust strategies based on datainsights.
Write concisepersuasive and engaging copy for emailcampaigns.
Ensure the tonemessaging and style align with the brand and targetaudience.
Prepare reports andinsights for continuous optimization of campaigns onHubSpot.
Create and managecustomer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted content tospecific audience groups.
Monitoremail deliverability ensure compliance with GDPR and otherregulations and prevent spamissues.
Regularly test emailsacross platforms and devices to ensure consistentdeliverability.
Track campaignmetrics such as open rates clickthrough rates conversions andrevenue attribution.
Workcrossfunctionally with sales and marketing teams to align emailstrategies with broader businessgoals.

Requirements12 years of proven experience in email marketing for SalesDevelopment sequencing or lifecycle marketing.
Proficiency in email marketingplatforms (HubSpot Mailchimp Active Campaignetc.).
Experience with CRM tools(HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc.) and automationplatforms.
Familiarity with A/Btesting tools and analytics software (Google Analytics Mixpaneletc.).
Strong copywriting skillswith an ability to create concise persuasive and engagingcontent.
Comfortable analyzingdata making datadriven decisions and optimizing campaigns based onmetrics.
Strong organizationalskills ensuring accuracy in email execution scheduling andreporting.
Experience withHTML/CSS for basic email templateediting.
Experience in B2B emailmarketing and lead nurturing.
Knowledge of customer segmentation personalization techniques andlifecycle marketing strategies.
Experience in conducting lead scoring and integrating with salesoutreachsystems.
