Job Description:

As a Sales Coordinator at Pranav Creations Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your exceptional communication and convincing skills. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in product sales (Textile sales Prefered), you will be responsible for identifying and converting new leads into valued customers.


Key Responsibilities:


Prospect and Lead Generation:

  • Utilise your persuasive skills to identify and acquire new customers.
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels.


Communication and Presentation:

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively present our products and services to potential customers.


Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and providing product information.


Sales Process Management:

  • Coordinating and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Document and update customer interactions in google sheets.


Market Analysis and Feedback:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management regarding market insights.


Conversions and Targets:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Focus on converting new leads into loyal, long-term customers.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong convincing skills with a proven track record of acquiring new customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence and presentability in customer-facing interactions.
  • Comfortable and adept in communicating with customers over the phone.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets and other sales tools.


Salary:

15k-25k CTC
