**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Develop strong relationships with existing clients and assist in identifying new business opportunities.

Regularly update clients on order status, production timelines, and any potential delays.

**Sales Support**:
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations to clients.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Maintain the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

**Order Processing**:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are captured and communicated to the production team.

Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate any potential shortages or production delays to clients.

**Communication and Coordination**:
Work closely with internal departments such as production, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are informed of order status and updates.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including order history, customer correspondence, and relevant documents.

Assist in preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts as needed.

**Customer Service**:
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and proactively seeking solutions.

**Qualifications**:
1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data management.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Familiarity with PET preform and bottle manufacturing processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
