With a strong presence in the market, we are committed to delivering top-notch products and services to our customers. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Delhi branch to support our sales team and contribute to our growth.
As a Sales Coordinator at Saya Stationeries Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Order Processing**:
- Receive and process incoming sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify the details of each order, including product, quantity, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
**2. Customer Support**:
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status updates.
**3. Sales Team Support**:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and other data analysis as required.
- Schedule sales meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in coordinating sales events and promotions.
**4. Inventory Management**:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability for customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, order status, and shipments.
**5. Documentation and Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and sales contracts.
- Generate regular sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of stationery and office supply products is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
