Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous
deadlines.
Excellent organizational, planning and project management skill, ability for accuracy and thoroughness,
negotiation and leadership skills
Proven ability to take direction, feedback and input and to develop effective and engaging events that will
achieve the organizations goals.
Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses.
Experience of conducting events at community / CSR level (preferred)
High level of verbal and written communications skills
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) event management tools
Ability to travel is required
