OverviewThe MicrosoftDynamics 2012 Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing theimplementation customization and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics2012 systems within the organization. They are responsible forensuring that the Microsoft Dynamics 2012 platform meets thebusiness needs and objectives and they provide leadership andtechnical expertise to drive successful projects andinitiatives.KeyResponsibilities
  • Lead and manage theimplementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 2012system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto gather requirements and designsolutions.
  • Provide technical expertise andguidance to the team on Microsoft Dynamics 2012 capabilities andbest practices.
  • Develop and implementstrategies for system enhancements andupgrades.
  • Oversee the integration of MicrosoftDynamics 2012 with other businesssystems.
  • Ensure data integrity and securitywithin the Microsoft Dynamics 2012environment.
  • Support and mentor junior teammembers in enhancing their technicalskills.
  • Lead the resolution of technical issuesand perform root cause analysis.
  • Participate inproject planning resource allocation and risk managementactivities.
  • Stay updated with the latestMicrosoft Dynamics 2012 features andupdates.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in leading MicrosoftDynamics 2012 projects.
  • Certification inMicrosoft Dynamics 2012 ispreferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in systemimplementation and customization.
  • Strongunderstanding of business processes and their alignment withMicrosoft Dynamics 2012.
  • Excellent leadershipand team management skills.
  • Ability to performtechnical analysis and provide innovativesolutions.
  • Proficiency in problemsolving anddecisionmaking.
  • Experience in projectmanagement and collaboration with crossfunctionalteams.
