Position: Salesforce LWC Developer Experience: Minimum 3 Years Location: Varanasi (Work from Office) Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred Budget: Up to 8 LPA Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2nd & 4th Saturday Off About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled **Salesforce LWC Developer** with hands-on experience in **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**, Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities * Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC),Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura Components. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs. * Perform Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, process builder, page layouts & reports. * Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Middleware tools. * Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards & security guidelines. * Conduct full lifecycle development including **unit testing**, bug fixing, deployment & documentation. * Troubleshoot application performance and functionality issues. Required Skills & Qualifications * 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience * Strong expertise in LWC, Aura Components, Apex, SOQL, SOSL * Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security model, and Declarative features * Experience with API integrations and Salesforce deployment tools (Copado/Ant/VS Code/SFDX) * Salesforce certification(s) is an added advantage LEVEL OF EXPERTISE Salesforce - 3 years Lightning Web Components - 3 years Apex - 3 years Salesforce Object Query Language - (SOQL) - 3 years Salesforce Object Search Language - (SOSL) - 3 years API Integration - 3 years Auto Component - 3 years Soft Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication & collaboration abilities * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
