- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending events.

- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contracts, and work to close sales deals successfully.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to understand customer needs and position products effectively.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals set by the company.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (such as marketing, customer service, and product teams) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Customer Support**: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns post-sale.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or a similar field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
