This critical role involves supporting the development and benchmarking of Large Language Models (LLMs) by designing and validating workflows that directly impact sales process efficiency, data hygiene, pipeline management, and compliance. The specialist will be crucial in recreating real-world sales scenarios to validate AI outputs and ensure they enhance productivity and data integrity across the sales ecosystem. What does day-to-day look like: Accurately map and recreate complex sales operations workflows within the CRM, covering lead-to-opportunity management, quote-to-cash processes, contract handling, and sales knowledge base content designed for enablement. Rigorously validate AI-generated outputs in sales scenarios, such as automated lead scoring, meeting summarization, email drafting, and CRM data entry, ensuring data compliance, trust standards, and system hygiene. Simulate real-world operational challenges, including: Pipeline Escalations & Handoffs: Testing AI performance during lead handoffs between marketing, SDRs, and AEs. Sales SLA Tracking: Validating AI reporting on activity logging, follow-up times, and deal progression milestones. Data Quality Audits: Performing structured reviews to identify AI shortcomings that lead to dirty data or process deviations in the CRM. Provide detailed, structured annotations and high-quality datasets derived from CRM activities to continuously improve LLM training and evaluation for better sales automation and predictability. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in a hands-on role within Sales Operations, Business Systems, or CRM Administration (e.g., managing a Salesforce instance, designing sales stages, or defining reporting metrics). High familiarity with industry-standard CRM and workflow tools, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Sales Cloud, Jira, or equivalent Sales Operations technology. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of how process gaps or data quality issues impact sales forecasting and operational reporting. Ability to identify AI shortcomings that could compromise sales data in the CRM. Conceptual understanding of how operational data (e.g., pipeline stages, activity logs) is structured and used for training and evaluating predictive models or Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive sales efficiency. Excellent written English required for creating precise, training-quality documentation and meticulously validating the clarity, accuracy, and compliance of AI-generated sales communications.
