Key Requirements: 3-5 years on Product Management & MBA from top schools IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc. with a technical background preferred. - Hands-on experience in CRM systems and Bots (Voice, Chat, Email). - Expertise in managing requirements, reports, and end-to-end project delivery. - Basic understanding of Scrum & Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with APIs and ability to query databases when needed. - Capable of handling 8-10 parallel project tracks efficiently. - Strong organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholders and timelines.
