Position Overview: As an Onfield Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions and onfield activities. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our products/services to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Onfield Prospecting:Conduct thorough onfield research to identify potential customers and target markets.
Engage in proactive door-to-door canvassing, attend industry events, and explore networking opportunities to generate leads.
Client Engagement and Presentation:Initiate contact with potential clients and conduct onfield sales presentations.
Showcase the key features and benefits of our products/services, addressing client needs and pain points effectively.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and their relevance to the client's business.
Relationship Building:Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for onfield client inquiries and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate records of onfield sales activities, including leads, prospects, and outcomes, using CRM software.
Regularly report on progress and performance to the sales manager.
Onfield Sales Strategy:Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective onfield sales strategies.
Share insights from onfield experiences to contribute to improving sales approaches and tactics.
Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the features, functionalities, and benefits of our products/services.
Be well-versed in the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
