Supports development of SQ processes, procedures and tools. Oversees and/or leads the execution of Supplier qualification activities on up to critical Suppliers, supports Supplier development activities. Communicate quality standards and requirements to suppliers Maintain records of supplier performance and compliance. Participate in cross-functional team meetings for issue resolution. Develop and update quality inspection procedures and criteria. Supports Supplier Feedback Reporting, supports analysis of performance (indicators). Participates in continuous improvement of SQ processes and tools. Oversees and/or leads proactive Supplier performance engagement activities of assigned suppliers and their products/services Analyzes performance (indicators) and takes a lead role in proposing corrective or improvement actions (involving other functions as necessary) and reports. Coordinates reporting to Global Sourcing and Procurement Team Executes coordination autonomously, under limited or no supervision, for high-criticality materials Ability to manage qualification campaigns, coordinating other SQ Coordinators End to end deliverables for supplier quality management activities as per the delegated task from the business partner. About you: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality management or a related role. Proficiency in quality management principles, methodologies, and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement corrective actions and improvement plans. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools. Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. Experience with supplier evaluations and initial quality assessments. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in providing training and support on quality standards and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
