The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring secure, scalable, and future ready HR platforms. Some of the key responsibilities will include: To design and deliver secure, scalable HR system architectures leveraging AWS cloud and SaaS platforms. To lead integration of HR systems with internal applications via APIs and middleware. To oversee custom application development using cloud-native technologies and best practices. To define the HR Tech roadmap, ensuring global compliance, security, and alignment with organizational strategy. To be eligible for this role you will require: 15+ years of experience in software development with leadership experience. Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and SaaS platform integration.
