Job Title: Lead Development Specialist

The Role:

We are looking for someone who can manage and maintain our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail. The role involves cleansing and enriching data using tools like , ZoomInfo, and Google Sheets/Excel, building reports and dashboards to track key metrics, and supporting sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights. This position is ideal for someone analytical, organized, and eager to grow in sales operations or lead generation.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct data cleansing and deduplication activities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel to track key metrics and provide insights into customer data.
  • Utilize database tools such as and ZoomInfo to research and enrich customer profiles.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles and contribute to the ongoing refinement of these profiles.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide data support for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Proactively learn and adapt to new database tools and technologies as needed.
  • Document database processes and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

What You'll Bring:

  • Graduate with 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, functions, and data analysis.
  • Experience with database tools such as or ZoomInfo is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of customer profiles and segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Interest to develop in lead generation/sales support roles
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
