Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR professional to serve as the Location HR Partner, responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences, driving high-performance culture, and enabling talent development at NCR. This role acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers, working closely with Business HRBPs, HR Operations, and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to address location-specific people priorities and business challenges.
Role Purpose:
The Location HR Partner will be the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing tactical HR support and advisory. This role is instrumental in driving HR initiatives and elevating employee experience across HR Lifecycle, driving engagement and retention, support talent identification and development and lead HR initiatives tailored to the location's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Advisory & Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with HRBPs and CoEs to co-create solutions for business-specific people challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support complex and sensitive cases (e.g., grievances, disciplinary actions) with discretion and timely resolution.
Operational HR Excellence:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tactical HR matters, ensuring timely consultation and escalation.
- Ensure 100% completion and accuracy of employee lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, probation, trainings,).
- Monitor and drive compliance with statutory and internal HR policies (e.g., POSH, Code of Conduct/ Integrity).
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Drive onboarding excellence through structured orientation, buddy programs, and feedback loops.
- Lead location-level engagement initiatives including surveys (e.g., GPTW), action planning, and CSR activities.
- Track and improve new joiner experience metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Talent & Retention Support:
- Maintain and update talent and retention dashboards/ data; identify hotspots and proactively engage with vulnerable groups. Drive retention and engagement goals for the location – NCR.
- Support HRBPs in merit cycle reviews, ensuring market alignment and ED&I considerations.
- Partner with business champions to implement engagement survey action plans.
- Identify and engage Key Talent within the location; ensure robust development plans and learning & development interventions are in place.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including HR Operations, CoEs, and business leaders.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across HR functions to deliver timely and effective solutions.
