Position Overview:

We are looking for an independent, proactive, and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will work from home and represent our luxury villa projects in Solan and Shimla. This role is commission-based with attractive incentives on successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in luxury villas
  • Organize and attend client meetings and property site visits in Solan, Shimla, and nearby areas
  • Work independently to generate leads and close high-value sales
  • Communicate professionally and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the management
  • Travel locally and within Himachal Pradesh as required

Terms & Conditions:

  • No Fixed Salary:
  • The role is entirely commission-based. There is no monthly or annual fixed salary.
  • Incentives:

Attractive incentives will be paid for every successful sale, based on agreed terms. Incentive structure will be discussed during the interview and formal agreement phase.

  • Work Hours:

The candidate will work independently from home, managing schedules as per client requirements. Availability for meetings and site visits is essential.The candidate should be willing to travel within Solan, Shimla, and other nearby locations for client interactions.Regular updates on leads, client interactions, and sales progress are expected.Performance will be reviewed periodically, and incentives will be based on the volume and value of successful deals closed.What We Offer:
