As a Junior Research Fellow for a project funded by the Ministry of Defence at Mahindra University, Hyderabad, you will be working in an interdisciplinary field that combines Numerical Simulations and Machine Learning. You are expected to hold an M.E / M.Tech degree from a reputable institution in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, with a solid background in Computational Fluid Dynamics. Previous knowledge in Machine Learning is advantageous, but candidates without this background will receive the necessary training on the job. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in a Research & Development role focusing on Physics Informed Neural Networks. - Encouraged to pursue a Ph.D. degree concurrently in an interdisciplinary field encompassing Fluid Dynamics and Deep Learning. Qualifications Required: - M.E / M.Tech degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. - Strong background in Computational Fluid Dynamics. The project is anticipated to span three years, with the opportunity to continue until the completion of work leading to a doctoral thesis. The remuneration for this position is Rs. 25K per month, along with complimentary boarding and lodging in the Mahindra University campus hostels. Your primary location will be the Ecole Centrale School of Engineering (ECSE) at Mahindra University, the flagship school that maintains research partnerships with the Ecole Centrale Group of Institutions in France.
