Sales Executive Construction Material

Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: ○ Actively seek and identify potential customers through offline & online channels ( internet, B2B platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces ) ○ Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the customer base. ● Sales & Business Development: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. ○ Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. ○ Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals. ○ Negotiate and close sales deals. ○ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. ● Market Research & Analysis: ○ Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. ○ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand product offerings. ● Customer Service: ○ Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. ○ Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. ● Travel: ○ Be willing to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct site visits in the geography allotted ( region )
Required Skills & Qualifications: ● 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry. ● Strong understanding of the building materials market and competitive landscape. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. ● Strong negotiation and closing skills. ● Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach. ● Excellent time management and organizational skills. ● Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (MS Office Suite, etc.). ● Willingness to travel extensively. ● "Hunger" and "dynamic" approach - A strong desire to succeed, a proactive and energetic personality, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
