Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and dynamic IT Recruiters with experience in UK Staffing to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for UK clients while ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Understand client requirements and create effective job postings.

Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates technical and communication skills.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in UK Staffing.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, databases).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Willingness to work in the UK shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).

Preferred candidate profile:

Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
