Role Overview:

We are seeking a Content & Engagement Lead to own and drive the voice of across content, community, and social media platforms. This is a high-impact role where you will shape our narrative, engage global audiences, and build communities that fuel growth. You will manage blogs, digital campaigns, and social channels, while creating content that resonates with founders, teams, and enterprises worldwide. Your role is central to brand storytelling, social engagement, and community-led growth, ensuring builds a strong and trusted presence in the SaaS/AI ecosystem.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Strategy
  • Plan and produce compelling content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, and digital magazines.

  • Optimize content for SEO and organic growth.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead for brand-consistent visual storytelling.
  • Social Media & Engagement
  • Manage 's presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

  • Create and schedule posts, campaigns, and interactive content to grow engagement and followers.
  • Monitor analytics to refine strategy and maximize reach.
  • Community Building & Influencer Outreach
  • Build and nurture communities on platforms like Slack, Discord, LinkedIn Groups, etc.

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, podcasters, thought leaders, etc.
  • Support online/offline events, webinars, and AMAs to showcase
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing Lead to align campaigns with acquisition goals.

  • Work with founders to amplify PR, partnerships, and investor-facing communications.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content, social media, or community management (SaaS/AI/startup preferred).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of content (blogs, social campaigns, PR).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, GA4) and social scheduling platforms.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, , etc.) for ideation and content generation.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, audience empathy, and creative thinking.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about AI, technology, and community-led growth.

Reporting To: Founders & Sales/Marketing Leadership, InnoventuresAI Inc.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives. This role offers creative ownership and visibility in shaping the brand voice of a fast-scaling AI SaaS startup.
