Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Business Development (B2B Lead Generation Digital) position. The role involves identifying and generating B2B leads, building and maintaining client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks also include collaborating with teams to refine lead generation strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales materials, and providing excellent customer service and support. The candidate will also contribute by delivering training on sales processes to team members as needed to drive performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and manage client interactions effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies, including B2B lead generation and closing deals
  • Experience in Sales Management and ability to oversee and guide sales operations
  • Ability to develop and execute Training programs to enhance team performance
  • High level of organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation
  • Prior experience in B2B sales and knowledge of the digital or IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
