Location: Delhi, Chattarpur

Working days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Interaction & Product Sourcing

  2. Interact and coordinate with brands for the perfumes & personal care categories.

  3. Identify and enroll new vendors/suppliers; source new products to expand the portfolio.

  4. Seasonal Planning & Sampling

  5. Plan sampling and production orders for upcoming seasons.

  6. Ensure timely submission of samples to buyers and maintain quality benchmarks.

  7. Follow up with buyers for approvals, feedback, and any required modifications.

  8. Order Execution & Buyer Communication

  9. Provide buyers with regular updates on order status across all stages.

  10. Manage replenishment and smooth execution of running orders.

  11. Prepare accurate material requirements to ensure on-time production.

  12. Reporting & Data Management

  13. Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel for tracking product, order, and supplier performance.

  14. Manage data records related to sampling, production, vendor details, and approvals.

  15. Skills & Coordination

  16. Communicate effectively with internal teams, buyers, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow.

  17. Maintain accurate documentation for reference and audit purposes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of product sourcing and merchandising in packaging, perfume & its supplies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS preparation, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Fashion, Merchandising, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in product sourcing, merchandising, or category management (preferred).
  • Experience working with buyers and vendors in retail or export environments will be an added advantage.

SYNOPSIS

  • Interact with Brands for perfume oil, bottles, pumps, caps, packaging
  • New Enrolment / sourcing of new products
  • Planning for new season sampling and production orders.
  • Submission of Samples to buyer.

    Follow-up with buyers for approvals and feedback.

     Update the buyers with the order status at all stages.

     Replenishment / Execution of running orders

     Preparation of material requirement.
  • MS Excel proficiency to prepare MIS reports
  • Data Management
  • Good communication Skills
