About the Role

We're looking for a high-ownership Ops & Implementation Lead (EdTech) to drive onboarding and implementation for new university accounts at SpaceBasic. You'll be the bridge between Sales, Product, and our customers—ensuring our platform is deployed on time and delivers value from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the entire post-sale implementation lifecycle for new accounts
  • Work directly with university stakeholders to understand operational workflows (Hostel, Mess, Smart ID, etc.)
  • Define project plans, set clear milestones, and hold internal teams accountable
  • Coordinate across Product, Tech, and Customer Success to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and communicate risks and next steps to all stakeholders
  • Track metrics like time-to-launch, adoption % at go-live, and post-implementation NPS
  • Create repeatable playbooks and checklists to scale onboarding processes

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Ops, Implementation, or Customer Success at a SaaS or Tech company
  • Strong client-facing communication skills—especially with senior decision-makers
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Experience using tools like Hubspot, Notion, or Asana to track tasks and timelines
