We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences HR Payroll to join our dynamic team.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and tax liabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal requirements related to payroll, including tax deductions, benefits, and social security contributions.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, employee deductions, and other payroll-related data.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to payroll, taxes, and employee compensation to management as required.
  • Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues raised by employees, providing clear and effective communication.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory reports, including income tax and social security contributions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans), ensuring that enrollments and deductions are accurately processed.
  • Ensure that payroll figures align with the company's financial records and conduct monthly/annual payroll reconciliations.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee data by adhering to data protection laws and internal policies.
  • Suggest improvements in payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Education: MBA-HR or Any relevant Degree

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Salary: 20k to 25k
