Job Description:
As Lead Generation Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential clients in the packaging sector. You will play a crucial role in building a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including research, outbound prospecting, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification: Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential B2B clients who fit our target market and buyer personas.
- Outbound Prospecting: Contact potential leads through email campaigns, cold calling, social media outreach, and other channels to generate interest and qualify prospects.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to assess their fit, needs, and readiness to engage with our products or services.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-up to move them through the sales funnel.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in CRM software, ensuring all information is organized and accessible to the sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a similar industry or market segment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead-generation tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
- A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
