Lead Generation & Email Automation Expert
to join our team and help us scale by generating
qualified leads and appointments
consistently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
lead generation strategies
across multiple channels (LinkedIn, cold email, databases, etc.). - Set up and manage
email automation campaigns
to nurture prospects and convert them into qualified appointments. - Build targeted lists of potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Craft engaging outreach messages and sequences that drive high response and booking rates.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize results.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
B2B lead generation and appointment setting
(preferably in digital marketing/agency niche). - Hands-on expertise with
email automation tools
(e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). - Strong knowledge of
cold outreach best practices
, deliverability, and list segmentation. - Ability to write compelling copy for outreach emails and sequences.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and improving campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
