About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in Cloud, Hosting, Datacenter, and IT Infrastructure sales. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement understanding to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Grow and manage a strong pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and visits as required to build trust and relationships.
  • Promote cloud-native solutions, managed services, hosting, data center, and IT infrastructure offerings.
  • Work closely with technical and presales teams to create proposals, pricing, and solution documents.
  • Maintain deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP offerings to position the right solutions to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic outreach.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and sales reports to management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Hosting / Datacenter / Cloud-native solutions / Managed services / IT infrastructure sales.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to handle enterprise-level customers and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
