Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. In addition, the role includes conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and achieving Targets
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service expertise
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the rice or agriculture industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred
- FMCG sector is an added advantage, experience in dealing with hypermarkets, supermarkets, wholesalers, dealers etc is required
