Job Description: ABO Production Support

Experences:- 4-7 years' experience in Java for production support use cases such as bug fixes and automation.

Location:-
Bangalore & Trivandrum(Office location will update shortly)

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst (L2/L3) with experience in Java-based application support in a production

environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in monitoring tools, incident management, and proactive troubleshooting,

Debugging, and worked in Linux/Unix environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide L2 support/L3 support for Java based applications running in a production environment.


• Monitor system performance and health using tools such as AppDynamics, Control-M, Splunk, ServiceNow,

Dynatrace, and Kibana.


• Perform root cause analysis, identify recurring issues, and work with the development team for permanent fixes.


• Support code-level debugging and issue resolution


• Execute SQL queries for data investigation and issue resolution.


• Work in Linux/Unix environments using command-line tools for diagnostics and support.


• Ensure adherence to ITIL and ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management.


• Document resolutions, support runbooks, and maintain knowledge base entries.


• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Required Skills:


• 4-7 years' experience in Java for production support use cases such as bug fixes and automation.


• Hands-on experience with any monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Control-M, Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana, and

ServiceNow.


• Proficiency in SQL – query writing, troubleshooting, and data validation.


• Good with Fixing code level bug and Root cause analysis


• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix commands


• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.


• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Additional Information:


• Willing to work from office 5 days a week


• Qualification : BE/Btech/MCA in IT or Computer Science
